Greek Affair Baking Schedule
- Wed, Sept 9 – Kourambiedes baking at 10 AM
- Sun, Sept 13 – Syrup‑pouring for baklava/kataifi after Liturgy until 6 PM — Contact: Karen Kotapka (mkotapka@aol.com)
- Mon, Sept 14 – Weighing koulourakia and beginning pastry packaging after the Holy Cross service
- Tues–Fri, Sept 15–18 – Pastry packaging at 10 AM daily; Thurs: booth set‑up under the tent
- Greek Affair Pastry Sales – Fri 4–10 PM; Sat 11 AM–10 PM; Sun 12–8 PM — Contact: Patricia Berryman (patriciacberryman@me.com)
